Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data MyKetoCalcs (myketocalcs.com) collects, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have. We keep data collection to a minimum: our calculators run entirely in your browser.

Our Calculators
When you use a keto calculator, you enter details such as age, sex, weight, height, activity level and diet goals.
These values are processed only in your browser to show your results. They are not sent to our server and we do not store them, unless you choose to email your results to yourself.
Emailing Your Plan
If you use a “Send this plan to my email” form, we process:
- your email address;
- the results you chose to send: estimated time back in ketosis, your checklist and, if you calculated them, your calorie and macro targets;
- whether you ticked the optional box to receive keto tips.
Why and on what legal basis
We use this data to send you the email you requested (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Because calorie and macro targets can relate to your health, we only send them because you explicitly ask us to (Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR). If you tick the optional box, we may also send you occasional keto tips based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw that consent at any time via the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
Who processes it
Your request is stored in our WordPress website database. The email is delivered by Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France), which acts as our data processor and stores data in the EU.
How long we keep it
We keep plan requests for up to 12 months and then delete them. If you subscribed to tips, we keep your email address until you unsubscribe.

We use Google Consent Mode: if you do not accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics does not set cookies on your device. You can change your choice at any time via the “Manage consent” link at the bottom of every page. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
Google may process data in the United States. Google LLC is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
Hosting & Log Files
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of the request. This is necessary to deliver the website and protect it against abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept for a short period and then deleted.
Your Rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to:
- access the personal data we hold about you;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- restrict or object to processing;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting earlier processing.
To use any of these rights, email privacy@myketocalcs.com. We reply within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
Children
MyKetoCalcs is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us their data, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this policy when our website or the law changes. The effective date at the top always shows the latest version.
